Oceanfront on the non-driving beach, with amazing beach to estuary views throughout the home. This south facing end unit is bright with natural light in every room.
The condo is updated including a "mini" renovation in the Fall of 2023 and is located just a few miles north of the pristine Canaveral National Seashore. The 8th floor unit offers one of the most amazing, unobstructed views in New Smyrna Beach. From watching Dolphins in the surf to birds in the estuaries, relaxing is easy. The unit is also child friendly and fully stocked (beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach toys, tennis rackets, etc.). For your convenience, free wireless is provided.
The unit was professionally redesigned and fully renovated with attention to detail in each room to enhance flow and functionality. For example, the beach “toy” closet was relocated to near the front door to avoid cluttering the unit. The flow of the living room/dining room/kitchen was reorganized with a spacious island, as well as dining table, to accommodate today’s modern family.
LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM
The spacious living room has incredible unobstructed views of ocean to the intercoastal estuaries. There is a variety of comfortable seating (sofa, recliner and side chairs) and HD Smart TV. The living room opens to the balcony that has two separate oceanfront seating areas; one with relaxing cushioned seating and the other with a table and bar stools.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is a highlight of the unit and is 100% updated from floor to ceiling. It was designed so that a serious cook enjoys cooking...even while the kids are warming up a pizza in the double oven. Plus the fantastic views of the beach from wall of windows make meal preparations--and even washing dishes!-- a delight. The eating/serving island is a unique design feature and seats three comfortably for dinner, snacks or a socializing with glass of your favorite beverage while preparing meals.
MASTER BEDROOM
This starts with a wall full of windows on the ocean. Furnished with a king bed, multiple storage locations and a Smart TV. The bathroom was updated in 2023.
2nd BEDROOM
Functions as a second master bedroom since it is isolated from other rooms and has views of the ocean and estuaries. It has a private, fully remodeled bathroom making this ideal for a second set of parents or a great spot for the teenage girls to get away from the boys! It is furnished with a Queen bed, dresser, side chair and ample space for an air mattress.
3rd BEDROOM
This is designed as a bunkroom for the kids. There are two bunks; full on the bottom and twin on the top. This bedroom is connected to the 3rd bathroom. It has a very large closet to avoid clutter in the room.
ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES
Guests have access umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, boogie boards. For evening fun and/or rainy days, the unti is stocked with puzzles and games for all ages, a large collection of books, and
CLEANING
Our condo is professionally cleaned after the departure of each guest. You wash the beach towels and run the dishwasher and the the service washes bath towels, linens and cleans the unit.
NEW ADDITIONS
The exterior of the complex was fully renovated in 2018. The complex has a new coded gate/parking system making Southwind one of only a few facilities in New Smyrna Beach with restricted access.
