The condo is a three story building, with the main floor of the condo located on the second floor and the bedrooms are located on the third floor. Thoughtfully decorated with all new furnishings, linens, appliances etc. Amenities include washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, Direct TV, DVD, CD player, central AC & heat, ceiling fans and Electric BBQ grill. The master bedroom has a King bed, private bath with shower, walk in closet, couch, views of the Columbia River and TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and views of downtown. There is a fully equipped laundry room, and hall bath with a shower/bathtub combo. The parking is free on the street, in front of the condo. There is no designated parking space for the condo.
