It has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, a spacious living area with a gallery and a large balcony. In total, it offers a generous 110 square meters of living space and can accommodate up to 6 people. One underground parking space with access from the staircase is reserved. The ski slope and the diverse hiking area with the Monte Mio mountain restaurant, the Leistkamm café and the Arvenbüel restaurant are right on the doorstep.
