We strive to provide you the most pleasurable experience having every need/desire you might have in mind. We offer extra services such as complimentary high-speed wifi, free parking, a fully stocked kitchen, variety of teas, wide range of spices for cooking, olive oil, salt & pepper, spa quality toiletries, hotel collection bedding/towels, brand new smart tv’s for streaming on Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, eating utensils, plates, cups, coffee mugs, etc. The Unit has brand new washer and dryer machines (with welcome washer pods).
This luxurious apartment can host up to 4 people very comfortably; but a 5th person could sleep on the couch if they choose to. We have plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the unit.

You will receive check-in instructions 24 hours before your arrival.
Guest access
At check-in, building association will hand you a set of rules for the building and have you sign a non-compliance form. They will provide you with a copy of the rules to keep.
They will also have you pay the $50 one time resort fee. This fee is per person or per couple; minors excluded.
You will provide them with your credentials in order to check-in and make your way up to your freshly cleaned gorgeous unit awaiting you. A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD IS REQUIRED FOR CHECK-IN AND INCIDENTALS!
You will be provided with 1 front door key, 1 key card for elevator and access around the building, and garage access card upon request for parking spot. Please do not lose these cards, or you will be responsible for a $120 replacement fee for lost card and $60 for lost key.

GYM: is on the 6th floor down the hall.

All other amenities are on the 5th floor, which the key card you are provided with will have access to.

There will be an administration fee of $50.00 per adult guest due to enhanced cleaning of the building and its amenities. (Married couples (i.e. husband/wife) or parent/dependent child will be charged for 1 guest at $50 instead of $100.) A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD IS REQUIRED FOR CHECK-IN AND INCIDENTALS!
Important: For stays 30 days or more, an additional fee of a $100 must be paid with the purpose of carrying out a background check requested by the condominium administration.

Midblock is one of the few buildings in Miami where Short term rental is allowed. We ask for mutual respect for residents and property.
Guests will receive two key cards, one for the elevators and one for the garage.
Visitor hours are until 11pm. After 11pm, any visitor will have to be a registered guest and pay the admin fee.

Pets are not allowed.
Service animal are accepted upon request. Please message the host for details, a $200 incidentals will be required. Which you will be returned upon check-out if there were no incidents caused by the pet.
