Brookwood Hills has only Peachtree Road egress so people don't drive into the neighborhood unless they live here. The streets are lined with sidewalks and trees, and the neighborhood has a large park and a nature trail. The Beltline is only 4 blocks away at 28th St. and Ardmore Rd. We live very close by so we can be as helpful or invisible as you need. Christy is a top 1% Realtor in Buckhead so she can help if this is a temporary arrangement while looking for a new home. The home has a modern kitchen, refinished floors, new paint, fixtures, furnishings, rugs, TVs. The home has 2 small very charming, bathrooms and a fenced, private back yard. The kitchen is completely stocked but if you need any additional supplies for entertaining we are very close by and super helpful. The beds are all brand new and exceptionally comfortable.
