BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you our rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you filled out and signed our rental agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE NOTE IT DIFFERS FROM VRBO)
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once the rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.

Our beautiful Pacific Sands Vacations BAYFRONT beach home "Pacific Sands #3263" with its 1,200 sq. ft. living space and spacious private furnished patio overlooking the water is the perfect get-away for a group up to 6 people. These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors. Located at 3263 Bayside Walk, its location is absolutely priceless. Walk out the front gate and your feet are in the sands of Mission bay; walk 2 minutes west and you're surfing the blue Pacific.
HOUSE DETAILS AND AMENITIES
This wonderful waterfront vacation retreat is the lower of a two unit home featuring a nice open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, big TVs in living as well as Master bedroom, cable, high speed Wi-Fi, shared washer & dryer on site and a private furnished patio right on the boardwalk. Please note, the unit does not offer AC and the fireplace is not for use.
Linens, towels, various supplies, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, high chair and pack 'n play are provided for your convenience.

PARKING
2 car NARROW tandem parking (7 wide and 37 feet long): The parking for this unit is along the house wall. The parking is very narrow and you can not park any car bigger than a small SUV and/or midsize sedan. Walking to the side of the car needs to be assured or you need to find street parking. Please plan accordingly.
LOCATION
Located at 3263 Bayside Walk, its location is absolutely priceless. Walk off the patio and your feet are in the grass that leads down to the Mission Bay water; walk two blocks (3 Minutes) west and you're surfing the blue Pacific.
Centrally located in South Mission Beach, this wonderful vacation home is in walking distance to fun beach activities, bike rental stores, convenience stores, bars and restaurants. Belmont Park with its famous Roller coaster is only one block away. Easy access to freeways. ONLY 5 minutes from Sea World. 15 minutes to San Diego Zoo/ Wildlife Park, Downtown and Balboa Park.

Occupancy limit (incl. visitors) = 6 people.
For friend groups ALL must be over 35 years old.
We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.
We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.
Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.
For bigger groups, this unit can be booked together with "Pacific Sands #3265" which is located in the same building.
