Welcome to 3574 Lynnfield Road in Shaker Heights. This charming Shaker Heights tudor-style duplex is located in a very safe area among families and retirees. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bath in this second and third floor duplex. The neighborhood is fabulous - you can walk to the Van Aken Shopping District for local goodies, fun dining spots, shopping, and more! Local grocery stores are close by as well. Take the RTA Rapid to Tower City and downtown Cleveland.
Guests have a private entrance through the back door. You'll have a spot in the garage or in the driveway.
The unit has hardwood floors throughout, tall windows that let in plenty of sunshine, and a big Smart TV on the second floor for watching your favorite shows. The dining room on the second floor seats 4 people and connects to an eat-in kitchen area. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch! The second floor has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, all cookware, coffee maker, and toaster.
On the second floor there's a queen bed and a full bed. Ceiling fans in each bedroom. AC units set up during the summer. One of the bedrooms has built-in bookshelves.
Head up the back staircase to the third floor. It's completely private and has a bedroom with a full bed, a full bathroom with a shower/claw-foot tub, and a loft area with one full bed and one twin bed. The third floor does not have a full kitchen, but we provide a small fridge, coffee maker, hot plate, kitchen utensils, a tea kettle, and a small Smart TV.
SUPER FAST WIFI! Laundry facilities are in the basement. They are shared with other guests.
Please note that for any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days there will be a built-in $400 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25 you will need to reimburse us for overage using a credit card on file.
Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse us directly for utility usage EXCEPT Wifi and security system. Contact me for more info.
