4 rooms each with private bath, central air, and a king bed or 2 twins. Comfortable lounge with flatscreen TV & cable. Speedy internet with Wi-Fi throughout. Kitchenette with cabinets, sink, microwave, fridge, and toaster available as well. We also own the Red Barn which is on the adjacent property. It has a pond in the back along with about 10 acres that guests can explore! It is a gorgeous area.

The building is at the feet of Hunter Mountain (less than a 5 minute drive), and across the street from the Catskill Mountain Foundations three-screen movie theater/performing arts venue. Convenient location within walking distance of restaurants, churches and synagogue. Less than 15 minute drive to Tannersville or Windham. Easy access to skiing, festivals, and hiking. Browse the many antiques and fine art & local crafts in the building as well!

-Many options for long and short hiking trails in the summer months Challenge yourself with the Long Path, the 21-mile portion of the Escarpment Trail where you can climb some of the highest peaks in the Catskills, including Kaaterskill Clove and Windham Peak. For a more leisurely trail walk, check out the Escarpment Trail where you can see the alluring Kaaterskill Falls, which is the highest cascading waterfall in New York State.
-The Zip Line at Hunter Mountain –the longest and fastest zip line in North America!
-For you history buffs out there, you cannot leave the Catskills until you see Pratt Rock and The Hunter Mountain Fire Tower. Pratt Rock, located in Prattsville, NY, is considered to be "New York's Mt. Rushmore." It is one of the earliest civil war monuments in the nation. The Hunter Fire Tower was the first of 23 fire lookouts built in the Catskills and it is one of the only fire towers that are still standing.
-If you will be joining us in the winter months, the best skiing, snowboarding and other winter activities are at Hunter Mountain and Windham Mountain. Both are located only minutes away and are great for all levels of experience. Less than a mile away, Hunter Mountain has 58 trails on 240 ski-able acres. Windham offers snowboarding, ice skating and snow shoeing in addition to skiing on 54 trails totaling 285 ski-able acres.
