495 Main - This charming home has been almost totally renovated while keeping much of the original charm and character found in the architecture of its time. Beautiful mahogany floors were discovered below carpeting and fully restored. Original trim, and accent woodworking throughout remain. A nice front porch to enjoy morning coffee and watch the small city of Oneonta come alive.
Inside you'll find a spacious living room with a large flat screen Smart TV and comfy couches for watching a game or a movie with friends and family. There is a desk in the living room if you are stuck working while you are away. A large dining room is connected to the living room, and the kitchen just steps away when it comes time to prep your meals. Upstairs there are three spacious rooms that each have a queen bed. Large windows let lots of natural light stream in to make the space feel warm and inviting.
Local restaurants, an ice cream shop, a local produce distributor, and more are just a short distance right and left of this home. Down the front steps and to the right, less than 1 mile away is downtown Oneonta featuring more shops and restaurants of all different varieties and ethnicities. Many great dining options are just minutes away as well as more bars and pizzerias than you could hope to visit, after-all, Oneonta is a two-college town.
