You will love our modern and contemporary home with 5 bed/3.5 bath home, including a seperate garage apartment with a full bath and kitchen!
Our home was built in 2019, and includes spacious living room and kitchen, and a TV in each room! You and your guests will be delighted in our elevated backyard deck, with picnic table and large BBQ pit!
Enjoy your favorite beverage, while overlooking our backyard deck to a wooded park, giving you the country feel!
We have driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles, and additional street parking is available.
We are located just south of 610, with easy access to 288HWY, and only 10 minutes to Medical Center and roughly 13 minutes to Downtown Houston, and 17 minutes to the Galleria area.
THINGS TO NOTE:

3. No Loud Music - Quiet Hours - 10 PM to 7AM
4. We have a cameras at the front door and above the garage facing the street.
5. Pets are allowed with a fee for stays over 7 nights!

8. EARLY CHECK-IN IS ONLY ALLOWED IF NO GUESTS THE NIGHT PRIOR. Please ask the night before your check-in for approval.
9. Early Check-in Fee: If you are looking to check-in early, we allow a FREE early check-in up to 2PM (If it's available, and no guests book the night prior). If you need to check-in prior prior to 2PM, there is an additional $20 fee per HOUR before 2pm.
10. We require a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We have 2 options that you can choose between:
Option 1: Damage Waiver ($39) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
