The interior of the flat features a stylish bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a spacious bathroom with double bathroom sink, bathtub and a shower, as well as an open-plan living area. This combined space includes a kitchen, a dining area, a sofa bed (140x200 cm), a TV with satellite connection and an open fireplace, which creates a cozy atmosphere. Wi-Fi internet is also available throughout the house. The spacious balcony offers a marvelous view of the Ammler mountains, although in winter the view can be partially restricted by piles of snow. However, this snow provides perfect conditions for outdoor fun and games. Pets are welcome in the flat, and there is a storage room in the cellar for ski equipment.

The cozy Apartment Kaiser (D19) is located in the quiet district of Arvenbüel at 1300 m above sea level in beautiful Amden in eastern Switzerland. The holiday flat is on the mezzanine floor and offers a wonderful view over mountains, forests and meadows. The holiday flat is located in the middle of the family-friendly Amden-Arvenbüel ski area. The "Arven" piste, the chairlift and all the winter sports facilities are practically on the doorstep. In summer, the many hiking trails invite you to explore the area. From Lake Walensee and its Mediterranean shores to the summit of Leistchamm at 2101 meters above sea level, the possibilities are endless. Lake Walensee and the village of Amden with shopping facilities, chairlift, café, restaurants and indoor swimming pool can be reached in a few minutes by car or public bus. The flat is located in the centre of the Arvenbüel district. A private car park (access via Rietstrasse) is available in the building. Parking by the hour is possible directly at the house entrance with a parking disc. The bus stop "Arvenbüel, Arven" is 200 meters away.
