The large kitchen with island, adjacent sitting area, and dining table allows for gathering and snacking while preparing meals keeping all in your party comfortable yet together. The main floor family room with 43" TV separates the kitchen/dining space from the private den holding a full pull out sofa and desk with work station. There is a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom with tub off the hall on this floor. In the finished basement find a 75" TV with a sectional couch and a large open space perfect for morning yoga as well as the laundry room. The second floor holds a nautical bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds (4 total twin beds), two full bathrooms, and two water facing rooms (one with a queen, one with a king). Both of these rooms have direct access to a large private balcony ideal for sipping morning coffee, quietly reading a book, or sunbathing. Open the doors to the balcony before you settle in for the evening and be lulled to sleep by the magical sounds of the water gently lapping the beach. On comfortable evenings, turn off the central AC and to take advantage of all the doors and windows having screens, allowing the fresh salt air to circulate the house and fill your lungs.
