Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Please note that this unit does include parking. However, no parking on the grass, and cannot block the sidewalk.

Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiringrepairs.

➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
➤ My house is equipped with two cameras (one camera on the front porch and another in the back) to ensure comprehensive security coverage.

1. All bookings require the ID of all individuals staying and the disclosure of the full names of all guests. This is non-negotiable as it is required for registering guests at the building.

For last-minute bookings, please note that failure to submit the required registration information may result in check-in issues, and in such cases, refunds will not be granted.
3. Lost keys are subject to a $100 replacement charge to reimburse parts, labour, and administration involved.
