116 E. Gardenia #2 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor property located on the gulf interior at the Garden Breeze condominium complex, accommodating up to 6 guests. The condo features a modern open concept kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and comes fully stocked with all pots, pans, dishware and utensils. Off the kitchen is a dining table for four, with additional bar seating for two. The living room features a set of large contemporary chairs with matching ottomans and sofa, giving ample space for you and your guests to gather around the flat screen TV and watch your favorite shows and movies. Off the living room you will find a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Adjacent from the guest restroom is your guest bedroom, featuring two Twin beds and plenty of clothing storage. Your master bedroom is down the hall and is equipped with a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, large dressers and walk-in closet.
