-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.

- Pool Heat Fee: Additional $21 p/day from November thru March. Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and Government-Issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
