The first bedroom offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, as well as easy access to the deck and hot tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed which also includes an ensuite bathroom, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, with a bathroom just down the hall. The living room features a large sectional sofa, a beautiful rock wood-burning fireplace and a smart TV with cable. The back door here leads to the large deck with BBQ and hot tub. Prepare meals with ease in a polished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and sit down to enjoy them at the island breakfast bar and in the adjacent dining area. The laundry room and office space are located just off the kitchen, and is a great and quiet space for those needing to work remotely.
You'll have full access to indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, a gym, a yoga studio, steam rooms, and 18 miles of paved bike paths.
