2026 Weekly Rates without required added administrative fees and the amount shown on your lease agreement: May 3 - 31 $3200; June $3600; June 21 - June 28 $3800; June 28 - July 12 $4400; July 12- July 26 $4800; July 26 - August 16 $5500; August 16 - September 6 $4000; September 6 - October 25 $2600; October 25 - May 1 $3400. Rates are for occupancy of 6; there is an added $150 plus administrative fees per person - per week charge, up to 8 occupants*. Please note there is absolutely NO guest use of both the interior and exterior fireplaces by lease stipulation. Please, absolutely no pets allowed in the house for any and all reasons. If you have a Therapy or Service Animal that would call for special accommodation we must know this in advance of the booking. For those who may have allergies, the home is not pet free. Please note: The Security Hold/Deposit is $750 and VRBO/Homeaway does not collect but instead places a collateral credit hold for this amount, to be released in the event no claims are made, therefore VRBO issues no security refund. Please note: The Quote provided by VRBO/Homeaway is accurate and has already been adjusted to add taxable administrative fees above the owner's rental rate. The Lease Agreement will not reflect the added administrative fees or the VRBO/Homeaway service fees as they are not part of the Lease Agreement between you and the property owner. The administrative Fees are the added amount the Agency charges to book this property through VRBO/Homeaway. Again, when booking through the VRBO/Homeaway platform, VRBO/Homeaway will generate the cost of your stay when you enter dates and number of occupants. The amount you pay to VRBO/Homeaway includes added VRBO/Homeaway and agency administrative fees which will NOT be reflected on your lease papers. All bookings require a separate Lease Agreement and Lease Packet to be completed and signed by both parties within an Agency determined time frame after booking through VRBO/Homeaway to bind the reservation. There will be added transaction fees to book outside the Agency and through VRBO/Homeaway to cover their requirements, commission fees and payment processing fees. This will reflect a rate higher than listed elsewhere and these taxable amounts will not be considered part of the Lease Agreement between you and the Lessor, but are instead separate taxable administrative and service fees paid to the agency and Vrbo/Homeaway and will not be reflected in the lease agreement. The rental rate that is noted in the body of the property description is the actual amount that will be reflected in the lease agreement; this amount is without added fees.
