The house is amble and bigger than it looks in the pictures. The tall ceilings, the fireplaces, and the attention to details of the 1925 Construccion will transport to "Old Florida". The house was renovated late 2022 including the kitchen and bathrooms. The interior decorating touches you will enjoy as it makes the house feel "Cozy" or just like home.
The yard features matured oak trees, magnolias, palms, Azelia bushes, and a beautiful flower bed. The neighborhood is well kept with many historical homes on the block.
