With 4 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms, accommodations for 15 guests, and ample outdoor living space, we are sure you will love this stay! The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Upon entry, you will find spacious rooms, high-end finishes throughout the home, a fully-equipped kitchen, bay views from many rooms, comfy beds, and more!
The first floor has the main living area, furnished with a leather sectional couch, recliner, and a SmartTV. There is an additional living area/seating space with a futon on the other side of the sofa, and it opens to a dining table that seats four. Also found on the first floor are the half bathroom and the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. Ample counter space, a large sink, all the kitchen essentials, and space to move around make this the ideal kitchen for any group! The dining space in the kitchen has a table with six chairs and four countertop stools.
Upstairs are all four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a second-story covered patio. The master bedroom has a king bed, large Smart TV, views of the bay, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds with direct access to the upstairs patio and a SmartTV. The third bedroom has two extra large twin beds over queen bunk beds, a SmartTV, and backyard views. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and SmartTV. The second full bathroom is easily accessible to all bedrooms.
Out back, the yard is fully fenced and private. Cool off in a shallow lounging pool during those hot sunshiny days, and enjoy an evening in the hot tub!
NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a dog friendly home, no cats allowed. 2 Dogs MAX. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $150 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
