I live in the 4000 sq.ft. Home with my small friendly dog.
I am typically upstairs or outside. I am approachable and as much as I enjoy meeting guests, I tend to give them their space.
Clean home that can comfortably accommodate four( more guests are negotiable).
Two bedrooms (queen with 55” tv and full size with 48” tv and pool access.
Walk to newer shops and restaurants.
Enjoy best park in town a stones throw away.
30 mile bike path within feet of the house.
Between the 99 and 5 freeway.
San Diego, San Francisco - 4 -5hr drive.
Los Angeles area and central coast- two drive.
Yosemite - 2.5 hour drive.
Less than three miles from hospital (south west mercy)and the university.
Truly the best place in town!
