This spacious beach house has great beach views from the deck, and is just a short two-minute walk to the beach. Located on a corner lot and a beach access road, this house is an easy stroll to the beach. It’s perfect for families or several couples with kids. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house that has three rooms with a king-size bed in each and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. All linens are included. Each bedroom has a Smart TV. The open living area is great for relaxing after a fun day in the sun. Games, cards, puzzles, books, and WiFi will keep the family entertained. The living room TV has Roku access. The deck is perfect for early morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails. The outdoor shower is convenient for rinsing off before heading inside. There is a picnic table and big comfy chairs to enjoy downstairs while you’re grilling. Guests will be able to use the outdoor charcoal grill, a wagon for carrying toys to the beach, and beach towels.

* There is an exterior security camera on the wall near the entrance to the home on the upper deck and downstairs over the garage door.
* The primary renter must be at least 27 years old and be staying on the premises during the rental period.
* This house is not meant for events. If law enforcement is called to the property, all renters and guests will be required to vacate the property within 30 minutes and refunds will not be given.
