This brand new luxury remodel is a 2700 square foot Beachside Hawaiian Style home and is absolutely amazing, one of the highest quality vacation rental homes in Kailua. Ideally located just steps from the sand in the heart of Kailua. A dream location and dream house, near Kailua Beach Park, walking distance to Island Snow and the famous Buzz's Steak house with a perfect white sand beach 1 minute walk down a private access on this private, quiet beachside street.
This home was completely remodeled in 2024, If you like new clean houses, with modern appliances and furnishings, you will love Lihikai, with a new chefs kitchen, new bathrooms and new flooring, doors and windows throughout. Super safe with all new electrical and plumbing including solar panels and Tesla Battery emergency power back up system.
A classic Hawaiian Design, with coral wall accents and tropical furnishings, this home is a serene luxury island oasis. The spacious gourmet kitchen is outfitted with a wolf gas range and subzero appliances that will satisfy any cook’s pleasure. Enjoy this one level ranch style house with multiple sliding glass walls that completely open the home to a solar heated SALT WATER swimming pool and tropical lanai. Extra amenities include indoor/outdoor "jungle" shower options via sliding doors off both bathrooms and touchless Toto "Washlet" Bidet Toilets in both water closets. We also have a gourmet outdoor kitchen on the lanai with a built in 42" all stainless gourmet BBQ, stainless sink and wine fridge. The home is cooled via numerous ceiling fans but also includes optional split air conditioning available in all bedrooms and main house. Secure, quiet and very private, with no street traffic, this home’s open design and lanais are perfect for hours of relaxation. Wow… where to start…”Lihikai” is more than a house, it is the Aloha spirit of the islands. Everything is beautiful and so well designed and thought through. Almost impossible to describe how amazing the house has turned out… And out time here, from sunrises, pickleball, beach time, the trades blowing through the palms, amazing stars, perfect pool temp, Buzz’s, driving in the Moke, Kite Foils, Haleiwa Joe’s Prime Rib, Ono on the grill, Rib Eye’s on the grill, feet in the sand and water, blue/green beautiful ocean water, Sadie!
