Boasting 3500 sqft of living space, two living room areas, two oversized spa inspired bathrooms, four large bedrooms, a full kitchen and laundry area as well as a back yard built for BBQs or relaxing in front of the firepit (weather dependent). This home is just minutes from downtown and is within walking distance to all of Fountain Squares attractions!!

No Open Flames or Candles Indoors: Safety is always top priority. Please do not burn candles or have any open
flames inside the home.
No shoes on the second floor: Please take your shoes off in the mudroom as you enter the home.
No Parties allowed: There are to be no large gatherings, events or parties without prior approval and event fee payment. We have zero tolerance party policy. We ask that you respect and follow this house rule. We reserve the right to terminate the booking early and/or retain the security deposit if this rule is broken.
No smoking allowed: For the health and safety of our guests and our home, we have a strict no smoking policy.
Basement: The basement is not intended for guest use.
Trash night Mondays: Trash pickup is on Tuesday mornings. Please be sure to place the trash bin located near the back gate against the fence in the alley on Monday evenings.
