Binghamton Vestal is a uniquely designed 2nd floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. It features a living room is designed to give you the feel of a big city with cityscape murals inside faux windows. LED lighting and an electric fireplace, sleeper sofa and Smart TV all make for a romantic and fun experience. All of our apartments are stocked with fresh towels, extra linens, soaps, shampoo, cleaning supplies and coffee. The eat in kitchen has everything you would need to cook with including some basic staples. ( We provide coffee, sugar, creamer, salt and pepper.)
*You can access the building anytime after 3 pm on day of check in by using the coded keypad. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.
*Each unit has its own private key less entry.

Persons violating this condition will be subject to the cost of smoke mitigation and remediation or a fine of three hundred dollars ($300.00), whichever is higher. Smoking is allowed outside 8 ft from any apartment entrance. Please do not toss cigarette butts on the ground. Dispose of them in the the provided ashtrays or the large outside garage cans at the rear of the property.
