This home is a perfect getaway for a family or a small group as it is located in a private setting, close to Lincoln City and Pacific City/Cape Kiwanda. Outdoor enthusiasts will adore this beautifully rustic Cloverdale vacation rental located on Little Nestucca river, close to a boat ramp and in the middle of wildlife.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a King size bed and one with a queen bed. Both these bedrooms have a smart TV. There is a smart TV in the living room as well.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds. The occupancy of the home is determined by the county licensing.
The home can accommodate up to 8 guests, including children and infants and 1 pet, 45 lbs or less. The number of total guests MUST be entered within the reservation, when booking. If at any time you have more than the number of guests that you booked for, you will all be asked to leave and there will be no refund. There is a charge of $25.00 per person in addition to the regular rate, for parties over 4 guests, including children. We do not offer an “a la carte” menu where you can book one night for 6 guests, another night only for 4 guests. You will be charged the fee for the maximum number of guests you have at any time during your stay.
No smoking is allowed inside the home. You are welcome to smoke outside, just make sure to pick up cigarette butts. If the home smells like cigarette or marijuana smoke, we will be charging you an additional $250.00.
Check in time is after 3:00 PM. Check-out time is no later than 10 am. If your check-out exceeds 10 am there will be a one night's stay late check-out fee..
Our home is best suited for guests looking for quiet place, away rom everything, to relax and unwind. THIS HOME IS NOT SUITABLE FOR LOUD DRINKING PARTIES! Guests under the age of 21 MUST have a parent or other adult accompany them during the stay. The person that booked the home is responsible for the guests stay and must be present at the home with their guests.
The home has a nice yard, large covered carport and patio, another porch towards the street and abundant parking area large enough to accommodate multiple vehicles, vehicles pulling trailers, boats, etc. The hot tub is serviced by professional hot tub cleaning agency that charges $60.00 for each cleaning. This cost has been included in the cleaning fee. Please read the description and the policies before booking.
