Fully-stocked kitchen with coffee maker and coffee pods, pots, pans, bowls, plates, glasses, and utensils. (regarding cooking condiments you are welcome to buy anything you need from a nearby grocery store)

NO PARTY OR EVENT
We kindly ask you not to throw parties at our house. We have security outside surveillance cameras. Any signs of violating the rule will result in an additional violation fee.
QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM
Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep noise down after 10 pm!
NO SMOKING
Please do not smoke inside our home or within 50 feet of the perimeters! Any signs of smoking will result in additional violation fee.
NO ANIMAL
Unfortunately, this property is animal-free. Please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee.
NO SHOES
Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house. We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house!
SELF CATERING
This is a self-catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, shampoo, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
EARLY CHECK-IN
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but early check-in availability is based on whether guests are checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please confirm with us at least 1 day prior to your check-in date.
LATE CHECK-OUT
Regarding late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests, please contact us beforehand, and we can look into what we can accommodate. This is also on a case by case basis.
TRASH IN THE RIGHT BINS
Please sort out garbage and recycle and dispose those it into appropriate cans.
LOST & FOUND
Please check that you have all your personal belongings with you! If you accidentally left something in the house, we can ship misplaced items but we will charge a $100 handling fee and a shipping fee, so please make sure to not leave anything behind!
NO MAILBOX ACCESS
We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!
