"Let the adventure begin!" Come on out and experience the "Oklahoma" cabin at Pepper Sprout Ranch. The 2-story cabin's interior is a beautiful cozy knotted pine wood with UNFINISHED RUSTIC wood floors.
Get your group outside of Lawton, whip up a warm meal in the fully equipped kitchen, relax inside or explore the properties many outdoor amenities.
This cabin has a upstairs loft for additional bedding of guest including 2 twin and 1 full size bed to hold your precious loved ones.
Climb into the bathroom's jetted tub and let all your cares go. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and whip up your groups favorite meal.
There is also a charcoal/propane grill for your private use on the porch. We do not supply charcoal, but do supply propane.
There is a basketball and volleyball provided for guests to use at the Ranch's private courts.
**The cabin is closest to the pond.
** POOL Is seasonal. Opens Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day weekend**

GUEST ACCESS:
Guest will have private access to the cabin. All the outdoor amenities are shared with Pepper Sprout Ranch guests staying at 2 other rental units on the 34 acre property. There is plenty of space between the cabin and other units to never even see other guests.
INTERACTION WITH GUEST:
We live at Pepper Sprout Ranch across the pond. We are just a call or message away if guests need anything but travel often and give guests plenty of privacy and space. We stay busy but one of us are usually at one property or another so wave if you see us :)
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The cabin is a rustic yet cozy property. We are located in the country. There is a large heat and AC unit in living room long with other electric units in cabin. WIFI can be sketchy. Cell phone service is sometimes weak. Do not book this property if you are needing high speed internet or cell service.
This is a new property of ours and we are there almost daily doing mowing, construction, etc. We will always communitcate the plans to guests during their stay and never disrupt activities during sleeping/rest times.
