Experience stunning ocean views of Costa Rica from our gorgeous three-story home! Our 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home is located in the gated community of Reserva Conchal. Enjoy the 60,000 sq foot resort community clubhouse that includes two pools, lounge chairs, and lots of covered outdoor space perfect for entertaining with your group. In addition to the beach club, we invite you to enjoy a world-class 18 hole golf course, restaurants, health center/gym, and spa, all conveniently located in front of the white sand beaches of Conchal.
Our incredible home is private, spacious, luxurious, and the perfect place for your group. The resort offers kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, a gym, a spa, a beachfront restaurant, and so much more. A dream vacation in a dream location!
When you arrive you will enter through the main door which is the second floor. You’ll there find the living room, half bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and terrace #1. The stairs to access the first and second floors are located on the left-hand side of the main door/entrance. Going downstairs, to the first floor, you will find three bedrooms. Two of them are connected to the pool/second terrace area through sliding glass doors. When going upstairs to the third floor, you will find two additional rooms. All rooms have brand new beddings and linens and en suite bathrooms.
The property has 2 terraces, a private pool, a BBQ area next to the pool, stunning views of the golf course and the ocean, a fully renovated kitchen, cozy living room, and garage. We also have 2 laundry rooms- the main laundry is located in the kitchen area, and the second laundry room is located in one of the rooms of the 1st floor.
