This beautiful channel-front property on Lake Wawasee will be fun for the entire family. The updated a-frame comfortably sleeps 13. One living room is able to close off into a separate bedroom with a double bed and a chair that folds into a twin bed. The spacious master has a king bed, a channel balcony view, and a flat screen tv. The upstairs bedroom has 4 twin beds and a full. There is also a queen bed in the downstairs bathroom with a futon and tv. Flat screen TVs, pop a shot in the basement for the kids, fishing poles, peddle boat, grill, and outdoor seating for the whole family will all make your vacation relaxing and fun. There are 125 feet of dock space and a pontoon available for an additional $200 a day. The local marina rental fee is $400 daily. Guests will not be charged for the check-in and out days, but will still have the ability to use the boat (if rented).
