Perfect for a romantic getaway, but also ideal for family and friends, Foothills Landing features a newly renovated, well stocked kitchen, dining area, fully fenced in yard, sunroom, porch and porch swing. A large private deck with Adirondack chairs, gas fire pit, outdoor games and a pergola with twinkle lights offer warmth and relaxation.
Set in a quiet neighborhood, our home is 5 minutes to the charming village of Travelers Rest, known for its first-rate bakeries, restaurants and quaint shops. Foothills Landing is an ideal launching pad and peaceful getaway for families, couples, college parents, and out of town visitors looking to relocate or attending events at Furman University, North Greenville University or a wedding at one of the many nearby wedding venues.
Foothills Landing sleeps 6 comfortably. Our two bedrooms feature comfortable queen size memory foam mattresses with with white linens provided, as well as dressers and closet space for your clothes. The sunroom has a queen size pullout sofa bed with a luxurious 3 inch mattress topper and closet. Shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, and soap are available in each bathroom along with hotel quality cotton plush towels.
The large family room features a 55” Roku TV, and free, fast and reliable WIFI so you can login to any of your streaming services. For families there is a highchair, Pac ‘n Play, kids serving ware, games and books.
Complimentary iced or hot coffee and teas are located by the Keurig coffee station. For the traditionalists, you will also find a tea kettle and assorted bagged teas. The kitchen is fully. stocked with essential cooking utensils, pots, pans, Nutribullet, and ingredients like spices, oils, sugar, flour, and paper products (paper towels and napkins) to savor your meals at our spacious dining room table. A washer and dryer are available with laundry detergent provided for your convenience.
Whatever your travel plans, it’s well worth a quick 20 minute drive to downtown Greenville. Enjoy a stroll along Main Street and Falls Park on the Reedy.
