Summary: We booked a king room and they put us in a 2 double that absolutely REEKED like marijuana. When I called the desk to ask about it, they told me they overbooked and had no other rooms available. Then the receptionist abruptly put me on hold and came back a few minutes later to say that they did have a king room available on the first floor. We moved, but the room was filthy with stained towels and stains and thick dust on the walls and baseboards. The bed was extremely uncomfortable too. If we weren't only there for one night for a concert, we would have left. It reminded me of a flea bag motel on the Berlin Turnpike (IYKYK)

Summary: While the rooms themselves were very clean the hallway elevators and common areas smelt like weed. Since w were travelling with kids for a dance competition this wasn’t exactly inviting.
Staff was kind and attentive but the rooms were great but common areas could use a good disinfecting to get rid of the odor

Summary: There is a lot of snow and ice everywhere. It wasn’t properly plowed so when we arrived, it was a little hard getting into a parking spot and getting out of it because of how much snow was around.
