The home is located 1.5 miles from the University of Arkansas campus, minutes from the Dickson Street entertainment district and the beautiful Fayetteville square. This property is also one minute from the new Centennial Park at Millsap Mountain which has miles of world class cyclo cross and mountain biking facilities. We are a close 20-25 minute drive to the Rogers and Bentonville area as the property is one minute from the I-49 interstate.

Downstairs you will find the open floor plan includes the living area and kitchen, full bathroom with tub and shower and bedroom/den with daybed and access to the fenced backyard/patio area. Upstairs are the primary bedroom and an additional bedroom which both have queen beds. There is a full bath with tub and shower on the second floor.
