Great modern kitchen boasts Subzero and Miele appliances, dishwasher, ice maker, wine fridge and upscale appliances. A well appointed kitchen island opens to dining and living room. Dining room accommodates 14 guests. Living room is surrounded in light. Walls of windows, glass sliders and sky lights make this room bright and comfortable after a long day at the beach. Living room includes 2 large sofas, club chair, large flat screen TV/DVR and cable. House includes central air and mahogany floors. A great space for families with kids who like to entertain. Outdoor living area with expansive deck is equipped with grill, lounge chairs and dining table, chairs, and umbrellas. Perfect for BBQ and outdoor entertaining.
