This 2+, 1 and ¼ bath, centrally-located view home sleeps 6 and is located close to everything Whidbey. This newly renovated and furnished home also features community beach access a short (and easy) walk away.
Watch wildlife from the spacious decks surrounding this bright, airy home in the trees. The 1960’s mid-century bungalow is newly renovated and furnished. The house features a full kitchen with a dining table and dishwasher, a large living room with a gas fireplace, 1 and ¼ baths and a laundry room with washer/dryer. The two bedrooms in the main house feature a primary bedroom with a King bed and a second bedroom with a Queen bed. All mattresses are brand new in 2021.
Looking to get a little further away while you’re on vacation? Like glamping? Just steps from the back of the bungalow is a small, rustic cabin with a sleeping loft. The cabin features a luxury Queen memory foam sofa bed (American Leather) and a full size mattress, as well as an extra sleeping pad in the loft.
The bungalow’s front deck has a full dining table with shade umbrella, a propane BBQ and a comfortable lounge area. The back deck has an additional sitting area that faces the large backyard, complete with a large two person hammock.
This house is a five minute walk from the community playground, beach, picnic area, fire pit and wharf. Located 7 miles south of the historical town of Coupeville, WA, the house is approximately a 30 minute drive from the Clinton Ferry dock on the south end of the island or from Deception Pass bridge on the north end of Whidbey Island.

**Dogs allowed on case by case basis. Two Small dogs max (25lbs or less each dog)- "Some breed restrictions apply. $50 Pet fee applies (Airbnb pet fee requested separately after booking when a pet is indicated to join reservation) No Cats allowed.
Due to our septic system, infants are included in max. occupancy.
If you would like to book for longer than 2 weeks, please inquire as the system only allows online bookings be made up to 2 weeks, but we welcome longer stay
Guest access
You have use of the entire house and yard/beach access (if applicable). The code to access the key or to enter the house as well as additional access instructions (including driving directions, WiFi information, check out instructions, etc.) will be found in your check in packet which is emailed to you once the rental agreement is signed electronically. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact our office.
Other things to note
Weekly garbage service through Island Disposal is set up during peak season. There will be a sign in the house with instructions for setting out the can(s) if your stay is during this time. If not, the housekeeper will pick up all trash after your stay. Please see the check in packet regarding house rules and other details about your rental.
