This cozy 2 bedroom lake cottage sleeps 6 comfortably. The cottage was fully remodeled in 2020, which included a totally new kitchen, remodeled bathroom, bedrooms and new hardwood flooring. The open floor plan fosters quality family time together. The kitchen is stocked with necessities...plates, silverware, glasses, crock pot, coffee maker, pots, pans and utensils. The open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area are equipped with windows looking out to the lake. It comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with a sofa bed in the living room area. It is fully equipped for your vacation needs.
Townsend Flowage is an 800 acre lake that is nestled between Lakewood, Carter and Wabeno, WI, and a short drive away from Laona, Crandon, and Antigo. From the fisherman, ATV/snowmobile, or water sports enthusiast, we offer a variety of options. Our 20' dock allows you to bring your own watercraft. Come visit and enjoy our hospitality. The lake has 3 sandbars to anchor at, and spend the day in the sun having fun. There are also several locations nearby to visit other lakes and beaches.
Every season has its own unique pleasantries. Beautiful fall colors galore around you in the national forest. From a picnic on the deck facing the lake, to yummy smores right by the lake for wonderful summer night fun. Winter is great for snowmobiling, ice fishing, ice skating, visiting the nearby ski hills or a getaway from it all with quality time! We love family time playing cards or relaxing reading books.
Access to the ATV- Dusty Trails, nearby Casino, coffee shops, candy stores, grocery store, hardware store, ski and sport rentals offer a great experience for everyone.
