The Home:
Completely renovated in 2021 and boasting a multi-level split floor plan, this spacious home provides everything you need for your travels. Upon arrival, the main level welcomes you with a great room bathed in natural light, comprising of a living room, dining area, and expansive kitchen.
Living Space:
The living room offers plenty of seating and a new 60" TV pre-loaded with all of your favorite streaming apps. The sofa's have a power reclining feature!
Kitchen:
The kitchen boasts clean and modern finished finishes, a spacious pantry, and an oversized island. Also equipped with a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, an air fryer, a blender pots, pans, baking dishes, and more.
Primary Bedroom:
Down a short flight of stairs you will find the primary bedroom. Furnished with a king sized bed, a makeup desk, a sofa, an office desk, a large en-suite bathroom, and a walk in closet, this bedroom offers everything you will need during your stay.
Extra Bedrooms:
Up a short flight of stairs, you will find 3 uniquely styled bedrooms and 1 shared full size bathroom.
Outdoors:
The private back yard includes a swimming pool, a propane powered BBQ, corn hole, and a propane fire pit.
Pool:
The sparkling and NEW swimming pool is a perfect place to cool off on those warmer desert days. The pool does not have the option to be heated.
NOTE: You will see an above ground hot tub in a few photos. This hot tub is not operable and not available to be used.
Parking:
Driveway parking for 2 vehicles, with room for another 2 vehicles in the driveway. The garage is not available to guests at this time. The owner uses this space for storage.
