We are located in the heart of downtown Davis on D street. Walking distance to Co-Op, Farmer's market and UCD!
Original 1930's house that has been extensively remodeled over the years. Spacious backyard with loquat and fig trees. Currently, we have 3 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. If need be, we can add an extra queen bed in the master bedroom and could sleep comfortably 10 people.
There is a separate cottage on the lot that sleeps 4 people that could also be rented separately.
