Some include Texas Sealife Center, Packery Channel Park, Padre Balli Park, Mustang Island State Park, In The Game Funtrackers, North and South Packery Channel Jetty, and Newport Pass Beach Access. You can also take advantage of the community pool conveniently located just outside your front door, as well as Flour Bluff HEB for all of your shopping needs, a quick jaunt away.
Up to two family dogs are welcome to join you as you make yourself at home on the covered patio in your private enclosed 6” secured yard. The home's open interior is tastefully decorated with coastal wall art. The group's chef will have everything they need to prepare a picnic in the lovely well-equipped kitchen. If all you want to do is cool off in the central A/C after a full day of surf and sand, the plush sofa is just the place to relax in front of the big, wall-mounted cable TV. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand, a washer/dryer on-site, four beach chairs, a rollaway bed in the outside storage closest, as well as, pool toys and games.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors.
