Summary: We did not have working heat in our initial room. After checking in we told the desk person, she said she would have someone check it. After returning after having dinner the room was still cold. We reported to the night person working the desk. She tried to give us a portable heater which i was uncomfortable using for safety reasons we were told there were no other rooms available on the first floor. After waiting for awhile she offered us a room on the first floor. That room was fine. We checked out at 4:15 am for an early flight. Didn't get much sleep due to heater and airport noise.

Summary: plug outlet by bed didnt work, so no lamp or alrm clock working on nightstand,otherwise everything else was good

Summary: Hello check in was fine. Major upgrades should be done. Place is run down. Our room was supposed to be non smoking but when the bathroom fan was on it wreaked of smoke. Old dirty rugs in halls. Vending for only soda no snacks.Paint chipping on ceiling in shower. No clock had the right time in our room. Radio & many places in our room covered in dust.We were disappointed. I knew we weren’t staying at a Hilton. I will not stay at this chain of hotels again. Summary: Toilet was not cleaned. changed rooms, worse than the first. went back to old room and cleaned my own toilet. and found one roach

Summary: First room had an awful noise we were luckily moved to another room but it was late at night and we were already for bed. Moving was a pain but better then the noise all night. Not very clean but only slept there for early flight.
