Newly remodeled with all new Brazilian Cherry Hardwood floors thru out the entire house, fresh paint, appliance, kitchen, new sofas new beds, and *quality tested luxury 12" premium mattress on Queen beds. All new bedding, microfiber bed sheets, down alternative comforters, high grade pillows and more. While your looking out the window upon the expansive yard covered with over 10 feet high redwood decks for enhanced privacy, serenity and zen any time of day or at night, his home is Oceanside living at its very best nesting yourself from the long day of activities
There are two rooms with a Queen and a full size bed. One with 2 twin and a full and one room with 3 twin beds. Two full size Fulton’s sofas in the common area
THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
The house is very well kept, everything is new or in excellent condition appliances are all updated.
Maintenance on these floors are costly, there is a “NO SHOE” policy in the house. The flooring is a masterpiece and we like to keep it that way for other guests. Scratch repairs can cost around $3-500 so please help us take care of it.
No smoking inside No exceptions or a $300 penalty charge will be charged to your card on file or loose entire security deposit + one night stay charge if found smoking inside as we need to air out and accommodate next guest for the inconvenience.
Smoking outside the property is a possibility with the supervision of the person booking, or if your responsible to pick up the ciggerite butts and ash in a trash bin/ash tray.
This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning but is equipped with a new furnace and a high output electronically controlled gas fireplace.
This home has only a 3 short stairs so it may be appropriate for everyone of age. With the 3 short steps it may be partially handicap accessible (one story home, design) we are not responsible for any injury’s cause by the property, you resume all responsibilities of your guests and is your responsibility to insure all your guests is following house rules.
Kids are allowed but an adult must be supervising at all times, not responsible if they are doing any climbing in the yard and injures his/her self.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. After 10 pm is quite time if your in the patio yard. Our agreement to host my home, includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or being asked to leave are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before proceeding.
There will be a few security cameras for both guest and our protection. They will only be facing at the front, outdoor areas and will not inflict on the guests privacy. The house is situated on the Oceanside, it may get foggy at times during winter but it’s sure is fun in the fog. From the living room you are able to see partial ocean views.
There were some input in putting this together and making sure guest are enjoying their vacation. I aim to please.

Room 1: 2 twin and 1 full beds
Room 2: 1 queen and 1 full beds
Room 3: 1 queen and 1 full beds
Room 4: 3 twin beds
Common areas: 2 full size sofa beds
