The main level features a bedroom with a Queen bed and full bath. There is an open living and dining area that look out to the large deck with a full unobstructed view of the lake over the Clemson Dike and Lake Hartwell. You can't beat Clemson Sunsets over Lake Hartwell from the large back deck. Enjoy grilling out and eating meals at the large dining table (seats 4) and pull up bar (seats 3).
Upstairs features 2 additional bedrooms each with adjoining private baths . The primary bedroom with a King size bed, adjoining private bathroom with tub/shower combo and vanity area features a private deck and full views of the Lake Hartwell from the bedroom. The second bedroom upstairs features two twin of full size bunk beds, a children's play table and has an adjoining bathroom with stand up shower. The adjoining laundry room has a washer and dryer.
On the lower level there is a living room, kitchenette area with full stove/oven, microwave and counter space. The living room area opens out onto an outdoor patio with views of the lake to enjoy. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and full bath with stand up shower.
Just behind the town home is the well traveled path to the Clemson Dike as well as a small public beach area on Lake Hartwell with incredible views of Littlejohn Coliseum and Death Valley!
