Summary: The staff are very friendly. The room was not very clean. The floor was very dirty, and the kitchen had sticky counter tops. The bathroom had not been cleaned very good. They do need to get an exterminator; we saw bugs crawling on the floors. I wanted to move to a different hotel, but this was close to the hospital. Our son and his wife were in another room there. He had to have surgery at the close by hospital. I cleaned up wherever I could so we could stay there. I would not stay there again.
