This comfortable, cozy, 3 bedroom house has a warm feeling with pine paneling and high wooden ceilings. It has a lovely, large enclosed porch with skylight and an outdoor deck with a small table and chairs. The main open living space includes a large kitchen with a picture window facing the lake, and a smaller living room. There are 3 bedrooms and a couch that folds out to a queen sized bed on the porch. A small bathroom (just toilet and sink) is separate from the shower stall. The shower doesn’t have a dressing area, so people have to slip in to a bedroom to change. We hope to remodel this in the next year. This house feels like a lived in home. It is fully supplied with basic everyday kitchen stuff.
The house sits 40 steps above a grassy landing on the water, with a dock and float. Canoe, rowboat, 2 kayaks and some fishing equipment available. Pets are welcome with an additional $50 pet fee.
