You are a 12 minute drive to Mercedes Benz Stadium and Georgia World Congress Center. A 15 minute drive to Downtown Atlanta attractions like the Georgia Aquarium and World of Coke. We are only 10 minutes from Six Flags. Whether you are coming for business or pleasure you will be happy to call this your home away from home!
We offer garage and driveway parking. Enter through the front door into the light filled dining and living areas. The living room has a sofa sleeper and a smart TV. The kitchen has all the utensils you need to cook and serve your meals.
The basement living area is accessed through the kitchen down the stairs. You will have a second living room with a futon sofa and a smart TV. There is a designated work area with a desk, chair and desk lamp. You can access the large back yard through the sliding glass doors. The kids will love playing foosball and the various board games we provide. There is a full bathroom and a bedroom with 2 double beds.
There are 3 main floor bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 have Queen beds and share the full bathroom in the hall. Bedroom 3 has a King bed, TV and en suite full bathroom. All bedrooms have blinds, linens, luggage racks, and hangers.
The backyard is huge! You have plenty of room for kids and pets to run and play. If you would like to host a small family reunion or wedding in the back yard let us know and we will help you plan an event to remember!

The Historic Collier Heights neighborhood is one of the first communities in the nation built exclusively by African-American planners for the upcoming Atlanta African-American middle class and has been featured in several national publications such as Ebony and Jet magazines, as well as featured in the “Homefinder” section of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Parking is free and the driveway and garage can easily accommodate 4 cars. You will want to have a car or use Uber or Lyft to get around.
Please book for the maximum number of guests that will be in the home (up to 10). If you want to have your friend over for lunch, add her to the guest count.
This home is strictly ----No Smoking---- and if there is evidence of smoking in the house upon check out you will incur a $200 extra cleaning fee. We do not want any smoking of any kind in the home. If a non-smoking house will pose an inconvenience, please do not book this home.
We offer early check-in and late check-out for a fee. We ask that you arrange these services shortly after booking as we arrange our cleaning schedule based on your arrival and departure times.

We are set-up for residential use. Fines from the city related to noise or the number of guests will be passed along to you. With a special event agreement and fee, we can accommodate up to 40 guests for an outdoor gathering in the back yard. Carpooling for large groups is advised.

• This home is strictly NO SMOKING! This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, and e-cigarettes inside the home.
• Violations of the No Smoking rule will result in the immediate removal without refund. $200 ozone cleaning fee, lost revenue for cancelled future stays and full replacement of affected linens and furniture.
• We do not allow undisclosed parties. Let us know about your plans in advance so we can discuss your needs and how we can accommodate you. Event fees apply.
• Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Wipes and other products must be placed in the trash can provided.
• An unplanned late check-out will be $50 per hour.
• The person booking must be 25+ years old and must be present the entire stay.
• Please check that you entered your guest count when submitting an inquiry or reservation.
• We require that the person booking is the person who will be arriving first for check-in.
• Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home during your stay unless you have opted for the party add-on.
• Stained or ripped sheets, stained towels, and missing items will be charged to you after your stay at replacement cost.
• Stays of 28 days or longer will require one mid-stay cleaning for $100. It is for the kitchen, living room, hallways, and hall bathroom. We skip the bedrooms for privacy for the mid-stay cleaning.
