Welcome to a charming vacation home located in a newly constructed, family and bike friendly neighborhood. The home is in close proximity to Yokes Grocery Market, Walmart, Schweitzer Mountain Resort, City Beach, and downtown Sandpoint - and only 35 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park! The backyard opens up to views of the Elks Lodge #1376 golf course -- a 9 hole course with double tee boxes that is open to the public!
This 3 bedroom / 2 bath home is fully-appointed with comfortable furnishings, 9' ceilings, radiant floor heating, mini-split air conditioning in the living area and master bedroom, and quality finishes. The spacious open floor plan includes a well stocked kitchen, island with bar seating, dining table for six and a cozy living area with smart TV. Just outside is the patio where you can enjoy barbecued meals and a large treed yard with sightings of deer, moose, osprey and eagles! When it's time for some shut-eye, the Master bedroom is ensuite with a King bed, while bedroom two has a Queen bed, and bedroom three has a Twin over Full bunk bed - all with luxury linens. The private office/den has a futon for overflow accommodations.
We are pet friendly, welcome longer stays at reduced pricing, and have two beach cruiser bikes available for all guests. The driveway is long enough to park a boat or a jet ski trailer. (Sorry, currently no parking inside the garage.)
