We close the pool and hot tub from October through April. In the fall you can can enjoy the foliage and crisp weather. We offer 4 queen beds and 2 child beds. This nice property offers a serene escape for guests with different activities to enjoy including ping pong, ladder golf, corn hole, bikes, 9 hole pitch and putt, basketball, pickle ball and toys for our younger guests. Enjoy sitting outside on the wraparound porch or our back porch. Enjoy the 2 1/2 bathrooms equipped with 2 showers and 1 bathtub. We also have an outdoor shower by the pool. You can unwind in the living room with an additional full bed pull out couch and TV. We think our place will help you experience everything Cochecton has to offer.
