Summary: I appreciated getting the higher-level room I requested, but that’s about where the positives end. Housekeeping never came during my 5-day stay, even after multiple requests. Highway noise.Towels had to be picked up at the front desk, and the bedding didn’t even fit properly. The hotel felt a bit unsafe, though thankfully nothing happened. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but I did expect better than motel-level service. Sadly, I can’t recommend this hotel for longer stays.
