Summary: The property is in desperate need of renovation. The staff price gouged me with taxi and at breakfast gave me a bottle of water when I was checking out. I thought it was feee since I NEVER asked for it. Nope they charged me $13!!!! Outrageous! And this does not fit a four seasons hotel reputation. I have been to several four seasons hotels and this felt like a Hilton. The carpet in room was run down bad, all furniture in hotel felt like an episode of The Golden Girls. This is NOT a four season experience at ALL! I will stay at the Breakers Hotel when I return to Palm Beach and never stay there again.
