Large modern farmhouse completed in 2019 and just outside of Clemson, a great place to stay when coming into town for a football game. Bed space for 10, but furniture and open spaces allow for many more. Sitting on 12.5 acres in the county with no noise ordinances. The property is surrounded by woods and farmland. A 40 x 20 pool resides in the back yard and is open seasonally. Home owners or caretakers will be on the property if needed. (The house is an actual private residence).
