Fully furnished 1910 Victorian with an industrial flair and equipped with everything you need for an amazing stay.

Please note: you are in the South which has large bugs. We have professionals spray regularly for bugs but occasionally they get into the house.

- Parties are strictly prohibited in/on this property
- Only guests registered to stay as part of the reservation should be on property unless otherwise agreed. No private events, dinners, entertaining, celebrations, etc… without permission. The city of Atlanta is very strict about this and can issue fines or take away STR permit, so we take this very seriously. Any violation will result in immediate eviction, a minimum fine of $1000, plus any damages and additional cleaning feed will be incurred.

This is a non smoking property. Smoking in strictly prohibited inside of the property. If smoke is detected inside, there will be a minimum $950 fee to cover smoke mitigation and cleaning of carpets and upholstered furniture. If smoking outside, please utilize ash trays provided on front and back patios. Please absolutely no cigarette butts on property grounds. Any violation will incur a fine of $150.

We love our furry friends however, our pet friendly homes only apply to dogs. Cat stays must be reviewed on a case by case basis in advance of booking and additional fees may be required for mitigation.

- Pets cannot be left unattended unless crated.
- Please be respectful of the property grounds - Yard is not to be used as a pet bathroom. $100 fee for cleaning up any pet feces in the yard.

Service Animals
Prior to your stay, please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal.
1. Is the service animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or the service animal. Please ensure no ,es is left in the yard.

Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time.
If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice.

In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.

Additional ID Verification:
Short term rental regulations in Atlanta, additional identity verification is required. This ensures the accuracy and consistency of guest profiles and prevents stolen identities. We utilize a secure third party vetting provider

Checkout /Late Checkout:
Checkout is at 11:00AM.
Please put any trash outside in the trash bin
Please turn off all electronics/appliances/lights
Please lock all windows and doors
Please leave all dirty laundry/linens in basket in laundry room
Your door code will deactivate within 1 hour of checkout.

We will gladly accommodate late checkouts however, failure to secure a late checkout in advance can incur a $150 cleaning call out fee in addition to the regular Late checkout fees:

2PM+ - Full Nights rent

Quiet Hours:
As this is a residential neighborhood, we do our very best to respect our neighbors, therefore, quiet hours need to be observed between 9PM-8AM.
